Hifi Corp and incredible connection - online services full of *********** staff

Pathetic customer service from the jdg.. After 5 calls and emails, not a single agent is able to twll you how long it will take for an order to be processed, let alone dispatched. They keep using the incorrect order, despite me filling in the correct delivery address. I wonder how long I'll be made to wait for my refund since they are all clueless
