HiFi Corp and Defy are the pits!

Logged a fault regarding my faulty washing machine on Monday, 13 June. Reference is ***. It's now over a week later and still no-one has come out to look at the machine. I phone and email every day to follow up but don't receive feedback. I don't understand why it is so difficult to send a technician out. I'll never buy from HiFi Corp or a Defy appliance ever again, the after sales service is the worst!
