I purchased a Labtop from Hifi Corp the Laptop was ****** the store which is situated in Durban South Toti the sales person that assist me tells me the dont have any stock to replace me but I can take a downgraded Laptop for more than what I purchased the upgraded laptop for is this a fair practice I asked to speak to the branch manager it's gone 2 weeks now no call from him I called the store after a week requesting to speak to the manager up until now no correspondence from him
