I placed an order with HiFi Corporation, which uses Aramex as their courier service. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite waiting over 7 working days, my order has yet to arrive. Each time I contact Aramex, they inform me that the unit is damaged and they are sorting it out with HiFi Corporation.

It’s been 5 days since I first heard this excuse, and I keep getting the same story with no resolution in sight. No one from either company has contacted me to rectify the situation; I always have to reach out first. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expected better service from both HiFi Corporation and Aramex.
