So I decided to buy some new appliances for our home on credit at Hifi corp,hassle free with great service! Now a couple of months down the line I want to go and buy a new car and what a shock, I'm listed on ITC for being in arrears for 2 months. My account is paid by debit order each and every month on the exact date specified and not missing a payment. Phoned Jdg financing and was told that I don't owe them a cent and that it must be a system fault and it will be cleared. I'm awaiting someone from the group to phone me and sort this matter as soon as possible to get my name cleared. ********** 034.
