Hifi Corp 2-5days delivery a ****. Unprofessionalism and no communication

I have not received my order purchased Saturday, it was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 day. Trying calling, emailing with no response.they responded to my inbox stating my order is still by the warehouse and will be released soon without specifying when I will receive my overdue order. So I should be stuck at home and cancel my vacation and wait for their 'soon?'
