i ordered and paid for a product online delivery was not done till todate its been a week, whenever i requested for an agent online they kept promising that they will escalate the matter i tried calling several times still no one attended to the matter. when i requested to go and follow up on the paid item physically agent was stopping me from going to any hifi corporation outlets
