Hifi cop incompetence

I bought a microwave at Hifi Fourways crossing, it gave me a problem within a year of purchase, I took it back to the store and was told it was going to be booked in for repair which takes 14 to 21 days and they would call me, I waited for a month no call was received so I decided to go to the store and check, I was told that my Microwave had ****roaches so they won’t be able to fix it so I asked them to return it but they said they will not return it until I pay them R1200, firstly the microwave is not fixed, the terms and conditions of the warranty does not say anything about ****roaches or anything like that, but now I can’t get my microwave I feel exploited.
