Hifi cooperation west gate mall

I made a layby on a refrigerator at Hifi cooperation at Westgate mall, when I went back to pay it off I was told that the price had increased and therefore I must pay the new price, the manager/team leader by name of Lydia had an attitude and was not willing to assist I spent over 2 hours waiting for her to come address the issue. I am never buying from this shop their service is disgusting and they always play loud music
