Hifi cooperation 1percent deduction

<p>Good day I did a laybye with hifi corporations when I went and asked for a refund they told me they are going to deduct 1percent from the amount that I have already payed and I was never told about it.and when they refunded me today they give me a manual receipt.please assist me as I need that amount off 1 percent back</p>
