Hifi Coop refund nightmare

I bought a tele online the was an issue with my tv licence went to sort it out and told the store in Jabulani to cancel and make a refund. I was told that i will receive my money on friday. which didnt happen. then promised that i will receive my money today and that has not happened and Jabulile keep *****ing my details up. i cant wait two weeks for my money to sent back into my account and when you make a purchase money is deducted immediately.
