HiFi Bay West Mall is PATHETIC

HiFi in Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth is completely unprofessional and so unhelpful

I app**** for the 80G router 3 weeks ago. When I call in they tell me it's PENDING. over and over. Eventually I contacted the accounts department only to find out there was no application processed.

Then my husband calls the branch. They keep putting him through to the manager. And the manager is such a ***ard. He does not answer. Even they ignored him completely. So we going to that branch today and taking this further.

Nobody can help us!
