Hifi *******

My wife purchased a tv recently from hifi corporation .there was some issue with verification with her id .we called in and spoke to numerous "customer care " representatives ,and they just got worst in service delivery from the last one .they apparently cant do anything for online orders ,they cant even take an order number and follow up on their so called system .the amount we paid for the tv was R7000 and it seems as though they have disappeared with the money .please dont buy anything from hifi corp be it online or instore .they dont employ competent staff .they seem very dubious with transactions .they are like the online "****a" shops .i also can advise that they wont be any warranty service with online purchases ,due to the fact that they cant assist with simple tasks .i would also like to reiterate that from the amount of outlet stores that closed down ,one can see that you cannot trust hifi corp .
