Hi Fi to remove my details from Credit Bereu

Last year December my details were used to open accout at hifi corporation carnival mall (**********) and they purchased goods for R34439.00 Hi Fi Corp called me in January regarding payment and I informed them that I did not open account with them i was advised to open a case and get affidavit all that was done and submitted to hifi corporation I was dealing with the lady by the name of Betty shes in accounts dept I went to the shop to submitt all the documents to her *** but now my life is stuck because of the account I asked Betty and her company to remove my details from ITC and nothing has been done is been 5 Months now. please help me to sort this matter
