Hi-Fi taking me for a ride regarding refund

Just been disappointed with the way i have been treated by Hi-fi corporation, sometime on the 27th of Jan 2020 i purchased office chairs online and they were apparently supposed to be delivered on the 31st of Jan, and however i had promised my client to deliver on that day, however nothing transpired and i had to immediately cancel my order on the 29th, i have been running up and down and being sent from pilar to post without getting a proper answer and noone wants to tell me the exact date of my refund, i have spoken to 3 people already, Michelle, Sumaya and another lady but non could assist and they could do is to escalate it only.
