Hi-Fi - Take Money - No delivery, lie to me

What a joke - placed an order online and they grabbed the money. Since then 9 days, 6 working days, 4 calls, ignored on Social media, **** to by call Centre and 2 calls in waiting for and still no washing Machine. I've done everything from my end and they are just ignoring me. If I do not have the machine by tuesday I am going to the Western Cape Office of the Consumer Protector and lay a case against them and have my lawyer on the case - they are now past the 6 days promoted, so this is now also false advertising - DO NOT USE HI-FI - GO ELSEWHERE - They ignore you all over, call centre LIES, and no-one will help you - YET THEY HAVE MY MONEY...... This is FAR from over hi-fi, TRUST ME!
