Hi-Fi southgate is *******

I had never experienced such a bad customer experience in my ever! I went to hi-fi southgate yesterday to buy 55” TV using both money and ebucks, I called before to find out if they had stock, the edged me to come and I explained I’m from Vanderbijlpark, guess what? When I got there everything was fine the tv I was going to buy was there BUT to my surprise when I was about to pay the FNB speedpoint was off and flat because somebody decided to disconnect it and charge their personal phone, this at first didn’t seem like a problem until I stood for almost an hour and speedpoint showed no signs of turning on and the shop even closed and we stood there with my partner until this other lady started insulting us by saying things like they going to lock us in the shop because she wants to go home, she said stuff like it’s not their fault that the speedpoint is not online (think we don’t know already that they didn’t charge it). She was just rude and all she wanted to do was to get rid of us, my diesel was wasted for nothing and I considered buy that TV at incredible connection because I knew they don’t have only one speedpoint for FNB ebucks and they are so carrying for their clients ...
