Hi fi no go

I was at hospital on 27 May daughter was just discharged so we asked for lift from a guy to pay ,I think I left my phone in the car , I went to hi fi corporation to claim because I remembered that the sales person offered me Insurance they sent me from pillar to post . affidavits and all of that just to find out the phone was not insured even the laptop only the TV all my travelling money they didn't even block the phone just I wouldn't recommend them the sales people suck .
