Hi-Fi no co-operation

My husband and I bought a 65" Hisense TV in July 2015 which obviously has a 2 year warranty, as well as the fact that we also purchased the extended warranty which protects amongst many things, lightening damage. This coming Sunday 26 March 2017 it will be almost three weeks since we took our tv in for lightening damage to Hi-Fi Corporation (The Grove- Nelspruit). We unfortunately lost the slip in our move from Johannesburg to Nelspruit, but with technology of today, we knew it should be captured somewhere. We hadn't heard anything for a few days if they managed to find it on their system regarding the extended warranty. My husband then phoned the customer care line, and with in no time the manager from The Grove branch contacted my husband, apologised for the poor service, and proceeded to gather I.D numbers etc to gain direction of the warranty. They picked up that we purchased the TV at Fourways Crossing Hi-Fi Corporation, and the date we bought it, but found that Fourways Crossing had changed their systems and are struggling to pick up the extended warranty. Strange that everything else could be picked up? When my husband phoned Hi-Fi Corporation The Grove, he was told by the manager, "you make out as if it's my problem." Unbelievable!!!! So my children have no educational TV, we don't have TV, bad sevice and no answers!!! Quite frankly I am sick and tired of being passed from pillar to post being told that they are still trying to find out about the extended warranty and will get back to us and never do!!
