Hi Fi *******ion

Had a very bad experience with Hi fi corperation in Eastgate branch ,where I purchased my Sony shake 10 on November 10 2024 ,only manage to use the system for a month and on the 13 of December went for holidays until I came back on the 11th of January from my holidays,upon switching on my Sony system,it didn't power on, so I immediately took the system back hoping for an exchange in the same radio but no ,hi fi corperation does things they own way they don't consider consumer customer act where you have a choice to repair,exchange or refund because it's not yet six months ,I still have my right to get my refund ,they told me about their own act of taking my radio for assessment , repair and I have to wait 21 working days ,hell no I can't wait 21 days with my money radio for two months now needs to go for repairs if I wanted a second hand Sony shake I would have bought some where for a less price that Sony shake is very expensive,very expensive for it to be faulty in two months,besides that the staff at hifi is something else very bad attitude with no customer service at all.i didn't leave the store with my number nor my phone because they made me very angry
