Hi-Fi *******ion Indeed

I have never experienced more incompetence in my life. I am not one to complain, yet i never want anyone to go through this experience so i beliebve this must be spoken about. Against my better judgment (because i have been told how **** this company is) I thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt and place an order for a fridge online. It is now 10 working days later - and my fridge is no where to be seen, my delivery address was noted as Cape Town, and i had a call from their Nelspruit warehouse, telling me, no they don't deliver to Cape Town? Really?? I could of told you that - no solution - just we don't deliver, BYE? I have spoken to 10 various people with NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!! Not even a promised returned call back! Suffice to say, after 48 hours of trying to locate my order, trying to get an answer, or at the very least any delivery - i have purchased my fridge elsewhere! Your nickname Hi-Fi *******ion suits you!
