Hi Fi *******ION!!!!

My SMART SINOTEC television has been fetched twice for repairs, as it never worked properly since the day i purchased it. It's a smart TV and doesn't do the basics of playing Netflix or even DSTV Now. They have fetched it again and the last time almost a month ago and i still have not heard any communication or feedback from Hi *******ION or SINOTEC for an update. I have been trying to follow up, to no avail. Such bad service.
