<p>On Friday 25/11/2016 (being Black Friday), I came across an ad for a sound bar. Something I have been wanting for a long time, so decided to treat myself. After battling ALL day (at 8pm), I eventually managed to secure my transaction. Email confirmation confirmed delivery within 5-10 days....a week later I get called to be told my purchase will be delivered 'sometime this month'!</p> <p>I find this unacceptable and poor service on their part and demand it gets delivered with the time frame as promised!!!</p>
