HI-FI Corporation's service at its worst and the epitome of inconvenience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. I purchased a 9Kg Hisense front loader washing machine during the Black Friday special, only to be informed a few days later that it was out of stock, despite the same model still being listed as available online. Why was it still advertised? To make matters worse, I was told that I would have to wait up to 15 days to get my refund. I urgently need a washing machine and want to buy one before the Black Friday deals end. This has been very inconvenient.
