Hi Fi Corporations online service is dreadful

On the 22 August I ordered and EFT paid hi fi corporation for a product. By Saturday 24 August it has not moved from order in to being processed (2 to 5 day shipping) i realised my goft would not come in time so emailed to cancel. Email did not work. Called the center which gavecme another email that did not work.

Finally the call center said they can put through a cancellation but when the order comes i must reject it and it will go back and be refunded. I went in store and bought one atcthe cape gate branch that Saturday.

Order eventually comes and i reject it. I wait a week and no refund so I call and get a bunch more bogus emails. Finally a lady at the call center said yesterday someone was looking for my banking details and emailed me (18 September typical it happened to be the day before and no I have no email)

The email provided again did not work after two hours of trying to reach someone i got a lady charmaine that has said she put my refund through so will update if i receive it.

I do not recommend buying through them online. The service is dreadful and with any issue you can not resolve it.
