HI -FI CORPORATIONS BAD AND UNFAIR CUTSTSTOMER SERVICE.SERVICE

My son made a 6months laybye for a laptop at Hi-Fi corporations in Mamelodi - Mams Mall in March hoping it will help him with his assignments and through examination. He was making weekly payments since den until on the 16 he decided to make full payments yo start with his assignments but he was told the laptop has been discontinued since he didn't understand how then he was told the product's price has increased and he must buy it with the current price or take his money back out of frustration and disappointment he took his money back. So I feel my son's consumer rights has been violated with the bad service from WI-Fi corporations MAMS MALL, was it his problem that the product's price has increased from the suppliers as a results this leads to the service provider to unfairly breach their contract clause. I am very dissatisfied and disappointment as well.
