Hi-Fi Corporation - worst company

I had the worst experience by Hi-Fi corporation Bloemfontein Fluerdale!!!!!!!! I bought 2 x Telefunken tablets from them two months ago, the tablets are faulty and are not working correctly, I took them back for a refund as this was not the first time they have sold me a faulty product and to my surprise the want to charge me a handling fee of 15% !!!!! for what??????? on the back of the slip it states that the product must be in the original packaging and in good condition, if not then they charge a handling fee, well surprise, the tablets are in the original packaging and in perfect condition as we have not been able to use the product!!!!!!!! but they insist on charging the handling fee!!! I will never in my life set foot in any Hi-Fi Corporation store again. I paid a lot of money for a product that does not work and then they try and take more from a person, never in my life have I experienced such poor service.
