Hi-Fi Corporation will definitely not get an order from me.

I have ordered a dishwasher online from Hi-Fi corporation on Monday 26 August 2019. I received a confirmation of the order and recepit of payment. And delivery was stated as within 2-6 days. Order #***. On day 8, 2nd September, the dishwasher was still not delivered and I communicated with them. At the time the customer service person told me that he will lodge a complaint and that someone will get back to me within 24hrs. 48hr later on 4 September, still no response from them. I then called in again and the customer service lady by the name of Nicole said that there was a problem with stock. I then cancelled my order after which she said that someone will get back to me. More than 24hrs later, and no communication from them. I will never order anything from them again.
