Hi Fi Corporation Westgate has the most unskilled and unprofessional Staff I have ever come across

On 27December 2021 I booked my television for repairs. I was told it takes up to 21 days. Today is day 25 taking into consideration that they opened for trade on public holidays. I have been calling alost daily to check on the progress or status of the TV. I was lucky if they answered the phone let alone didn't drop the phone I myear while I was told to wait. The staff is extremely inefficient and unprofessional I that they would promise to check and call back and no call back recieved. I can pull call records for my phone to prove that they have never called me back. The manager (Kieren Maharaj) is also a **** who said he will call back but didn't. I'm starting to wonder if my TV was actually booked in and on time or are they all just stuffing up and covering each other's back side. I'm extremely appalled at the level of urgency and the kind of behaviour from the staff at that shop that I will never ever visit or buy from there again. I used to work for Hi fi Corp back in 2008 and the standards have dropped.
