Hi-Fi Corporation unresolved account

I m not happy about their service, they gave me their loan 2014 august ,I bought a radio,televison and fridge , and their contract ended on the 15/08/2017 .last year September I saw a debit order again, I went to them(hi fi cooperation carnival mall) with a proof of contract and ask about the money that was deducted, I spoke with someone from accounts ,he said when he checked on the system the contract is over and the money that is outstanding is R5000 for 2months debit orders that didn't run including interest ,then the contact will end july 2018 and after that no money will be deducted again .this year September 2018 I got a statement saying I m owing R5000.00 and interest is added again again and the debit order is still running every month until today i called them they didn't pick up their phone sometime they told me that the person from account is on lunch. I send e-mail and ask them for statement of account they said it is no updated .I went back to them again on the 03/11/2018 and I spoke with mpho from accounts ,he said he will tell them to send me all the payments made starting from the beginning of the contract until end of contract, they failed to do that ,on the 12/11/2018 I spoke with their manager by the name of Mamello ,she said they will check and call me ,but they didn't . today they send statement of account of all payments made starting from the beginning of contract until September 2017 .not statement of all the payments made starting from the beginning of contract until now .
