Hi-Fi Corporation Terrible Customer Service

I've purchased a Sinotec 43" television from Hi-Fi Corp (online). The delivery has come through sooner than expected, however, the ad for this specifically stated that a TV mounting kit is included in the packaging content, I've queried this with their online chat service and called their customer care, the first few people did not know how to assist and advised me to send an email. Finally I spoke to someone who kind-of helped me and said they can see what I'm talking about and they will query this with the dispatch team and have the missing item delivered.

This is now one week later and I have received absolutely no response whatsoever, I've followed up many times, however, no response.

At the end of the day, I've paid for the TV and the mounting kit, I expect both to be delivered.
