HI FI CORPORATION STOLE FROM ME

HI FI CORPORATIOAN HAS ****** MONEY FROM ME. i paid for one order the payment did not go through, on the online store it showed that it was canceled so i rebought the same item whereas the payment went through with no glitches. i received the item that I bought the second time. Then they still took the money from my account for the first item that they canceled, several day later they delivered the second item that's the same one as the first. I took the second item back for a refund still unwrapped. They did not give me a hand over slip they said they will email me, they emailed me i sent them my banking details weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund in spite of me communicating with them several times and logging tickets.
