Hi fi corporation springfieldpark disaster!

I bought what the salesman told me was a smart tv with Google etc. I found that it wasn't android compatible and took it back the next day. They did not have the tv in stock that they were advertising so I asked for a cash refund so i could buy it elsewhere. The manager refused. Said they will refund it to my card and it would take a max of 7 days. The staff in this shop is rude and unprofessional. Springfield Hi Fi corp no wonder your business went into business rescue!
