Hi-fi Corporation Somerset Mall

I would like to give Hifi Corporation in Somerset Mall Shop 14 Helderberg Centre minus in stars but there is no option. I went there 3 times before I was assisted. They offer you a cellphone contract but they don't know how to capture the contract on the system and then they spin you as the client all sorts of stories why they can't assist you, but they can chat over you about their personal doings while you sit and wait not to be assisted. After all the up and down i still don't have the contract but I got a bill for a contract I did not sign for as they cannot give the sim and device to me until i sign for the contract, but they will bill me so long until they figure out how the system works. Not a word from management although they got the emails.
