Hi Fi corporation should change their name to empty promises corporation.

I have been doing business with them for about 20 years. BUT! About 5 months ago ordered a fancy tablet. (online) They accidentally delivered a notebook of much higher value. I tried in vain to contact them to arrange for the return and credit. I had records of 16 expensive cell phone calls I made to their HQ, ALL OF WHICH WERE UN RETURNED!.... EXTREMELY BAD! I returned this Notebook, and offered to buy from them for the credit. I placed an online order for 6 digital frames. Weeks later I received a mail that I was only allowed to buy 5, and sorry, the deal is now over....so sad! I asked about the credit and eventually someone in HQ offered me the refund + R200 for my wasted phone calls & inconvenience. I am still waiting! I actually drove 300Km to go to the Nelspruit office, where the manager Mr Raymond, promised me he will make fire and get my refund.../. again no success. Eventually I offered to buy a fridge and 5 kettles for the credit, but again I get ZEREO RESPONSE! (Placed an online order)
