Hi-Fi Corporation service/experience is horrible.

Horrible service/experience with Hi-Fi Corporation. Phoned Hi-Fi Corporation Witbank to ask if they will let me know which dishwashers they have available. Took down my number and never got back to me. Ordered a dishwasher online with Hi-Fi Corporation only to receive an email back saying they have to refund me they dont have stock. Why are they advertising stock they can't supply. Also informed me the refund can take 14 days. I paid in a matter of minutes but they take 2 weeks to give me my money back???!
