Hi-Fi corporation service and Client support - BAD BAD BAD!!!

I bought a washing machine on the 26 June 2019. After about a dozen calls I am still waiting for the machine!!! I even tried to collect it at a store in Bloemfontein and when I arrived there they told me they do not have stoc**** Why advertise and you do not have stoc**** Everyday they told me they phone me back but the following day I call again. Is this suppose to happen? Is client service important anymore?
