Hi Fi Corporation .reselling sold stock

I purchased a fridge and was scheduled to take delivery when ready with my premises .The salesman Darryl Naidu assured me he had 2 units in stock and affixed a sales invoice on mine .When i sent a delivery van at my cost to pick up( Thursday 29 September ) ,I was told the fridge was no longer there and I could possibly only get a fridge the following week .I was to open a new coffee shop on 1 October and needed the fridge to store my perishables . After much telephonic conversations with a lady name Leanne i was then assured every attempt will be made for a fridge to be at the store on Friday 30 September . My concern is that Hi fi corporation sold a fridge belonging to me and made little effort to go the extra mile to have the fridge delivered to me as I had the day before AT MY OWN COST arranged for pick up .The Store manager Patrick Naicker refused to make amends and have the fridge delivered to me ,since it was their malpractice . How is it possible to sell of an item when your stock says SOLD . I had then had to again at my own cost get a delivery van to go back and pick up the fridge ,with no reimbur*****t of delivery costs ,but only an apology .Apologys are to easy and common to mask your malpractices .Will never shop at Arbour Crossing Hi Fi Corp again
