Hi-Fi Corporation Refund

i purchased a tv online on the 25th july and i was told that it is out of stock after a few days of the purchase and they since asked for my banking details yet they have not refunded my money, i spoke to a lady by the name Zanele and on monday she said she will give a response before the end of the day but she did not come back to me. i have been trying to call but the line is busy since in the morning.
