Hi-Fi Corporation poor after sale service

Half a star would be too much. I have placed an order on the 10th of May 2020, received an sms saying order has been placed. Since then I haven't got any feedback and it is now the 7th of June 2020 already. I phoned multiple times with no answer. I mailed them with no response either. They are quick to accept the order, but I will definitely never place an online order with them again.
