Hi-Fi Corporation Online Store poor Service

We purchased a Fridge on Black Friday from the Hi-Fi Corporation Online Store. After realizing the next morning that the Fridge would not fit the location, we contacted the Call Center to arrange to swop the unit out with a fridge that did not take up as much space. Everything was fine up to this point. We were contacted by a Courier from the Retirement Estate, but unfortunately he had the wrong fridge. We advised him to take a message back to the warehouse that it should be a smaller model as per the revised order. We escalated it again to the Call Centre, and was told its a Warehouse communication problem. A Retail Manager from a Store also tried to assist us, but also did not get any response from the Online Store. We attempted to contact the manager for the Online Store, but she refused to take any calls from valued customers. On late Monday afternoon we received a call from another driver, with the same incorrect fridge for delivery. I escalated the complaint to Pepkor Holding Company Secretary, but after waiting 5 hours, we decided to cut our losses and cancel the transaction. My advise to anybody wanting to use any online company, always check on HelloPeter first. It seems Hi-Fi Corporations Online Store has many complaints, mostly unresolved.
