Hi Fi Corporation Online process ghastly

Ordered something online from Hi Fi Corp for the first time. The item arrived but without a charger so I cannot use it. Logged the issue and not one person actually makes contact to inform of status of the issue. I have had to check on it daily and the only response that I get is that it will be escalated. Absolutely no customer service. If you do plan to order online pray that it arrives as expected otherwise you will not get help. Other retailers offer a far better service and at the same price so its a no brainer - dont bother using this company.
