Hi-Fi Corporation- online order fail!

I ordered a drone online on 20.10, and contrary to the displayed/advertised delivery time, I am still awaiting my order- 13 working days later.

What makes this worse is that I was contacted by an extremely rude Customer Services person enquiring if I still wanted the purchase.... And this was 7 working days in from the purchase date.

Until now, 08.11, I have yet to be contacted by Hi-Fi Corporation as to the status of my order. Completing online Customer Service forms is pointless and any form of action is *********** at best.

I will never purchase from Hi-Fi Corporation again.
