Hi-Fi Corporation Online Non Deliveries.

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from the Hi-Fi Corporation Online team. I placed two orders online on the 29th October 2019 and today is the 7th November, 11 days since I ordered and I have not received my order. When I call to find out about my order and how far they are with delivering it I get put through from one person to another. Its either they cant pick up my order, it wasn't assigned to the correct warehouse or the one is out of stock. Literally I get different stories every time I call. They don't make efforts to call me and give me an update of what is happening. I have to call them every time. I get told that they will call me back they have escalated the matter. Its the 11th day since I ordered and I still don't know where my order is, if I will even get it and when? I have no idea what is going on and no one is communicating with me and when I call still nothing I can work with, not even a tracking number.. :( I am so torn and disappointed by the service I have received.
