Hi fi Corporation Oakdene ignores 2 year warranty on Mellerware jug blender

Mellerware sylvio jug blender still under 2 year warranty registered on Melloerware site purchased on 20 January 2019. Stress crack noticed under blender blades in the jug on 13 February 2019. Took unit in original box to customer care Oakdene store. Eliot Hana refused to assist on basis of crack in the jug. Customer care was contacted at 16:28 and Nicole da Silva advised she will report Oakdene store. She could not provide a reference no and said an sms would be sent to me. She added that head office would contact me. To date no contact has been forthcoming.
