We bought a fridge on the 21st of December 2025. We collected the fridge ourselves. When we got home we realised that the fridge had a dent on it. We took it back the following day 23 December 2025, we explained to them that we only saw the dent when we got home, we never paid attention when they opened it for us to check. We just trusted them. At first the manager was rude, calling my mother a lair, they shifted the blame on us. Until they opened the footage, it also showed the dent, that was the only time they believed us. The apology was meaningless because they have already called us name. Even the ladies that were on duty were busy talking behind our backs, that we are ****s and we are the ones that broke the fridge. It is the responsibility of the company to ensure that they sell good product. I feel that they deceived us, since we were collecting the fridge ourselves. They wanted to make sales with damaged goods. I hated what they did and hope it never happens to anyone. If it was not for the footage we would have stayed with a damaged fridge and a bad reputation.
