Hi-Fi Corporation never assists with anything

This was a store purchase and I have been trying to claim my insurance from last year in January and no one wanted to assist me in the store at vaal mall. I tried to call the head office as well several times its been more than 1 year now and they keep sending me from pillar to post and no one wants to assist me at the head office. I spoke to the following consultants Lindi and Bongi, I think they are in the insurance department. The last consultant I spoke to from Head Office is Phumzile Mhlanga.
