Hi-Fi Corporation Kimberley

The manager at the store in Kimberley (New Park Centre) makes promises which he does not keep. In August we wanted to lay-bye a Hi Sense 75inch Smart TV. The manager, promised to order a tv set from another store as they did not have in stock and inform us when it arrived. Various attempts were made to follow up with the said manager who was mostly unavailable and when he did meet with him there was always a story that the TV is in transit and has not arrived yet.

It has been 3 moths to date with no TV and only empty promises.

I am utterly disappointed in the service and attitude of the Kimberley (New Park) branch. Very bad communication and lack of service
