HI FI CORPORATION KENILWORTH Bad Service &Managers Lack Of Communication

This is 1 **** shop to buy from... The service is so bad... I'm sitting with a twintub washing Machine tht 7months old & doesn't drain properly since i bought it as it was a display model, I have been waiting for a call back since April.. On Monday morning I called spoke to Roderick manager of Kenilworth store & he assisted to tel that a tech Wil cum out to check out the machine I don't need to bring it in store, the tech Wil cum within this week so I called Wednesday & I was told I never sent my address in email but I did... I was called yesterday within less thn 2 min no 1 speaks bt I answered pgone ws dropped & never called again, I emailed got no response, this morning I called & I was told the 1 I sent email to was off yesterday & he told me that he cannot log for the Tech to c OK me out bcz( Bradley) & Roderick did not log this with the client on Monday so they do not have a reference num to send out a Tech, so I'm stuck with 2weeks of washing unable to wash, including a 7 month old baby's washing due to this Management not doing their work....this is just utter bad service & I don't recommend this store to any1 buying products in this similar line.
