HI FI Corporation IS Useless

HI-FI Corporation is an absolute disappointment. I placed an order for a TV online last week in hopes that they would keep to the 3-6 business days delivery unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. I waited for my tracking details and when received I called in to ask why hasnt my order moved I was told to be patient, I waited until the 6th day and still nothing. Upon calling the customer Care I was only told a compliant will be laid and the store where the order was coming from will contact me, they never did, I called again and was told my order is in picking and I should receive it soon. I called again this morning and was told my TV is out of stock and that they would refund me but I never got a call regarding this. Again another call was made this afternoon only to be told that they can possibly offer me a DEMO TV that doesn't come in a box and may have scratches!! SERIOUSLY???? I obviously declined. I then received another call stating that I would get a refund in 3-5 business days? You people are ridiculous you took my money immediately yet I must now wait another week to get it back?? I am moving into a new home, i am now inconvenienced into having to go and find another TV . HI-FI corp are ***** the staff at the Rustenburg store are absolutely unprofessional and they are *****, apart from Wendy who actually did what she said she was going to do the rest of them are terrible including the store manager whoever he is because he never called me back. I refuse to wait 3-5 business days for a refund when tomorrow is already Friday . I have a job I cannot be going out during the week to purchase a TV, its places like this make me second guess ordering online!! WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!
